The number 1 thing to do is to market all over school campus. We need to email,tweet, Snapchat, instagram and Facebook every last AU professor and student to get our event the best way as possible . We need to figure out things student would love to see and as well we neeed food,candy games or even gifts. The flyers we should have should pop out and be an attention getter to catch the student body eye. Once we figure out the Market and best way to come up with different ideas it will be an successful event.
One of the ideas I strongly think that would work would be some of us dress up as certain Superheroes, many people will be trying to figure out why are we wearing superheroe outfits and it’s not Halloween, we should be able to make the AU students laugh and smile. Because once we get one student I believe we can get multiple students and many people are going to be very curious.
Another idea we can do could be a game called, Name that Superhero/Villian and we just pretty much have different facts about each hero where they from, weakness and strengths. Then we have the guests of our invite try to win different prizes. For an example, if they win and guess the superhero right we give them some type of prize that may symbolize the superhero or villian they guessed right.
I agree that Marketing is the first step to get the information out there to AU students. In my opinion, the email is the least successful for some students because they don't check them as often as they should, but most likely Facebook and Twitter will work.
